Here are some tips from your trail master, to improve a run.

• Try and not use the very same trail, mix things up.
• Start and end from a different location
• Do the good parts the other way round
• Go off the trail in some parts and then get back onto it. Make false trails on the previous trails and you will catch out the frontrunners who think they know it all.
